Beijing Essen Welding & Cutting Fair (abbreviated as "BEW") is jointly hosted by the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, the Welding Society of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, the China Welding Association, the Welding Equipment Branch of the China Welding Association, the German Welding Society, and Messe Essen GmbH. As one of the world's renowned welding exhibitions, it attracts tens of thousands of professional visitors annually, including distributors, agents, research institutions, government departments, and management and procurement departments from the global welding industry.

BEW has been successfully held for 27 sessions, with the exhibition scale expanding year by year. In addition to an increasing number of new exhibitors, well-known large enterprises such as Panasonic, General Electric, KUKA, Hugong, Han's Laser, Aotai, Siasun, Jinqiao, Carl Cloos, Kawasaki, Pentium Laser, Magnum, Bodor, JASIC, Longdiao Laser,UWELD, Kaierda, and Limal have participated annually, ensuring the exhibition's quality and standard.The 27th Beijing Essen Welding & Cutting Fair covered a total exhibition area of 61,700 square meters, with a net exhibition area of 31,999 square meters. It attracted 620 exhibitors from 21 countries and regions, including 48 international exhibitors.

During the fair, 47,299 visitors from 98 countries and regions attended. The audience primarily came from industries such as mechanical manufacturing, pressure vessels, automotive manufacturing, railway locomotives, oil pipelines, shipbuilding, and aerospace. More than 100 media outlets, including domestic and international professional magazines, related exhibitions, and online platforms, provided comprehensive publicity and coverage of the event through multiple channels.
